We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Whether it’s a sensory toy that didn't quite click or a pet accessory that wasn't the right fit, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, we ask that:
• The item is in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.
• For the safety of all our little ones (human and furry), items must be unwashed and unused.
• You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
