OlaToy Shipping & Delivery Policy

At OlaToy, we know that when you’re looking to solve a problem for your baby or pet, timing matters. We are committed to getting our purposeful products into your home safely, quickly, and with care.

1. Processing Times

We take pride in preparing your order. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer transparent shipping so you can focus on what matters most. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

The moment your soulful solution leaves our hands, we’ll let you know. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. 

Damages & Lost Packages

We pack every item with the intention that it arrives perfectly. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us at hello@olatoy.co.uk with a photo of the damage, and we will prioritise a replacement for you.
